About yoga

In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to feel overwhelmed and stressed. We often struggle to maintain good health, manage our work and personal lives, and build meaningful relationships with those around us. It's easy to feel like there's just not enough time or energy to do everything we need to do.

Yoga offers a way to break free from this cycle of stress and suffering. With its many benefits, including boosting the immune system, reducing chronic pain, increasing circulation, and reducing anxiety and depression, yoga can help us find a sense of calm and focus in the midst of our busy lives. It can also help us cultivate resilience and abundance, allowing us to live more fully and joyfully.

As a yoga teacher, I offer private individual and group sessions, as well as public classes in-person and virtually. My teaching style is gentle and accessible, and I'm always learning and exploring new ways to support my students in their personal yoga practice. I draw inspiration from the Viniyoga and Yin yoga traditions, which emphasize slow and subtle awareness and the use of the breath and energy body to heal and transform.

In my private sessions, I draw on my expertise in yoga, Ayurveda, and Reiki to create a personalized practice that meets each student's unique goals and needs. In my public classes, I offer a range of styles and themes, including Gentle Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, and Yin Yoga. Each of these styles is designed to help students find balance, focus, and healing in their bodies, minds, and spirits.

Whether you're looking to reduce stress and anxiety, manage chronic pain, or simply deepen your understanding of yoga and its many benefits, I invite you to join me on this journey of self-discovery and transformation.
