1 Time 2Hours Private Lesson
Our 2-hour private yoga class is a personalized experience designed to take your practice to the next level. During this extended session, you will have the opportunity to delve deeper into your practice and explore new postures with the guidance of a highly trained and experienced yoga teacher.
The two-hour format allows for a more thorough warm-up, additional time for instruction and demonstration, and a longer cool-down period to promote relaxation and stress reduction. This extended time also allows for more individual attention and the opportunity to work on specific areas of concern or interest.
